Event Description

9th International Conference of the TOC Practitioners Alliance (TOCPA)

Nov 1-2, 2013 Utrecht, The Netherlands

(Preceded by 2 Masterclasses by Oded Cohen and Jelena Fedurko)

Learn from, and share with the best TOC implementers in Europe

On Friday and Saturday 1 and 2 November the best TOC implementers in Europe meet for a 2-day conference in Utrecht, in the heart of The Netherlands. The aim of the conference is to share knowledge and experience about the actual application of the solutions that TOC offers to organizations to reach their goal. Well thought through and highly practical. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to learn from and meet with the best in class!

The Conference has 5 sections:

1.    Finance and Throughput Accounting

2.    Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management

3.    Change and People Management

4.    Managing Knowledge Workers and Projects

5.    Managing Services

A special section on Saturday November 2, 2013 is reserved for sharing new ideas and insights from software and technology development, where Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) is merged with Simplified-Drum Buffer Rope (S-DBR) and Agile.

Eli David Oded

Some of the prime speakers are Eli Schragenheim, David Anderson and Oded Cohen

Please find the full program below.

Since TOCPA is a not for profit organization, the entrance fee for the conference is only € 350,= excluding VAT. On top, we have a special TOCPA-arrangement with the nearby Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Utrecht.
